Refund Policy
ETAApplyNow.com is operated by MANSION COLLECTION I LLC, a private third-party assistance company. We charge a service fee for reviewing and submitting UK Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA) applications on behalf of customers Our service fee is separate from the UK Government ETA fee.
24-Hour Cancellation
You may request cancellation within 24 hours of receiving your payment confirmation email, provided that:
- Your application has not yet been reviewed or submitted to the UK authorities.
- If eligible, you will receive a refund of our service fee only.
After 24 Hours
After 24 hours from payment confirmation:
- Our service fee is generally non-refundable, as processing work begins immediately.
- If the application has already been reviewed or prepared, the service fee is non-refundable.
Government Fees
Government fees are charged by the UK Government and are separate from our service fee.
Once an application has been submitted to the UK authorities, government fees are non-refundable, except where explicitly permitted by official UK Government policy.
We do not control government fee refund decisions.
Application Submitted
If your application has been submitted to the UK authorities:
- Our service fee is non-refundable.
- Government fee refunds are subject solely to UK Government rules.
Refusal of Service
We reserve the right to refuse service before submission if:
- Incorrect or fraudulent information is provided.
- Payment disputes or chargebacks are initiated.
- Legal compliance concerns arise.
If service is refused before processing begins, you may receive a refund of the service fee.
